CAPE ABILITIES- HYANNIS, MA

"What's yellow and black and seen all over Cape Cod?" The car, a Volkswagen Beetle, decked out with a bee design, has "buzzed" around Cape Cod events educating residents and visitors about CapeAbilities..the CapeAbilities Farm and the "Adopt a Bee" Program.

The organization provides various programs to support people with disabilities as they actively participate as valued members of their communities. Hundreds of bees, tomato plants and farm patches have been "adopted" this season. Each "adoption" supports the farm and helps create jobs for 50 people with disabilities.

Our Mission

REAL-TIME SUPPORT and SOLUTIONS for LIVING LIFE IN TRANSITION

"Where do I go for help?" We hear it all the time. That is when we realized that while there are dozens of organizations on Cape Cod to help people in need, there was no simple place for people to go to find these organizations. So we created one!

This site helps answer the question "where do I go for help?"  You will find over 100 organizations and agencies listed that help people in times of transition. Your need may be temporary, life changing, or unfamiliar and different from the needs of others. Explore the site, find the help you need or perhaps find the organization you want to support, and don't forget to pass along this information to others in our community.
