The Worship Ministry utilizes the talents of musicians, singers and technicians to create an atmosphere of life and celebration.

Worship Ministry Assistant
Collaborates with Worship Team leader, providing communication support for worship team with weekly updates and upcoming events, as well as general office support with copy needs. Also assists with “Green Room” hospitality area with setup and supplies.
Worship Band Member
Performs during Sunday worship time. Members should be able to play an instrument (guitar, bass, drums, percussion, keyboard, etc.), bring energy and enthusiasm from stage to involve congregation, attend practice sessions, rehearsals, and Sunday services, and commit to practicing songs at home to prepare for rehearsals. Members should have comfort being on stage in front of an audience.
Worship Singers
Performs during Sunday worship time. Members should be able to sing (alto/soprano/tenor/bass) in key and pitch, providing harmony and blend support for worship music, bring energy and enthusiasm from stage to involve congregation, attend practice sessions, rehearsals and Sunday services, and commit to practicing songs at home to prepare for rehearsals. Members should have comfort being on stage in front of an audience.
Worship Specials Singer/Musician
Performs a song that ties together theme/message of sermon at end of the service, collaborates with worship leader on music selection for special, and should be comfortable being on stage in front of an audience.
Worship Team Song Research Coordinator
Assists Worship Team Leader in identifying music for Worship Band and spots trends in the contemporary Christian Music scene.
Worship Team Publicity & Promotion Coordinator
Helps get the word out about programs and services of the Worship ministry. Creates flyers, powerpoint slides, and other promotional tools to advertise worship team activities and other special events involving the worship team. Also helps indentify publicity opportunities within the church and in the community to provide outreach.
Worship Team Special Events Coordinator
Assist with activities outside of the worship team, such as the Barnstable County Fair performance and other local activities by the worship team, and works with Worship Team leader to identify opportunities outside of the church for performances. Also coordinates with Christmas program leader events to thank/involve program volunteers (choir members, cast members, etc.)
