This purchase includes 7.6 acres in "regular land purchase", and an additional 2+ acres in an exclusive use easements (gray area in plot plan - see images), which will have recreational use as athletic fields and open space. This amount of land will allow us significant current and future opportunities for expansion.
(Note: We currently occupy 1.19 acres, with auditorium space for 250, parking for 90 vehicles on site. Through 3 weekend services we welcome between 500-600 people)
- Strategically located: This site provides easy access from Falmouth, Bourne, Mashpee, and Sandwich. Additionally, this will make us more accessible to the communities at the bridges and the mid-cape area.
