  • Can I set up a repeating donation?  

  • Yes. You must be a registered online user to set up a repeating donation. To register, click on CONNECT and ONLINE COMMUNITY. Choose SIGN-UP and choose a username and password.

  • Will my donations be reflected in my annual giving statement? 

  • Yes. Your annual giving statement is accessible by signing into the online community. The statement will recognize all online giving and other recordable gifts (i.e. personal checks).

  • Can I change the frequency or amount of my donation?

  • Yes.  Log in to give online, choose “Stop my Repeating Gifts” and set up a new repeating gift.

  • Can I use a debit/credit card?  

  • Yes.  We recognize there can be advantages for using credit cards for donations. However, we don’t want people to give beyond their means and the church does pay a processing fee for every credit card transaction.

  • Can I try this just once?

  • Yes. Try a One-time Gift to see how it goes.

  • When is my donation charged to my account?  

  • The transaction will be processed on the church system on the date that you select.  Your bank or credit card company may process it as soon as the same day.

  • What if I change banks or credit card accounts?

  • Your donation will not be given to the church. You can “Stop my Repeating Gifts” and set up a new Repeating Gift using the new account information.
