At Cape Cod Church, we believe that one of the best ways to grow as a follower of Jesus and to Live Fully is to find a place where you can use your God-given gifts (time and talent) for the benefit of others.  And in a growing church like CCC, there's a place for virtually everyone to serve!

Whether it be an internal ministry like greeting, parking cars, taking care of babies or teaching teens, or an outreach ministry like Operation Christmas Child or nursing home visitation, serving as a volunteer is a great way to live out the Gospel while helping others, both inside the church and out in the community.

Cape Cod Church is growing, reaching people for Jesus, and making a difference in our community because of the selfless work of hundreds of people just like you.  No matter what your talents or how much time you have to offer, God is ready to use you for His work on Cape Cod.  Join us - you'll be amazed at how much you can make a difference, and how much joy you will find in serving others!

Children's Ministry

If you have a heart for children, this is the place to get involved!   At CCC, we've gone above and beyond to create engaging, exciting environments for your kids - The Park and Kids Town - and our heart is to see them understand and embrace God's love for them (while having lots of fun, of course!).

The Park Nursery Ministry Team (Infant - 4 Years)

The Park is our weekly environment created especially for preschool children ages infant (6 weeks) through 4 years. Each Sunday during our 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services we help children explore the truths in God's word using an active, hands-on approach to learning. You can count on a lot of jumping, singing, dancing, and laughter every week. We help preschoolers learn that: God LOVES me, God MADE me, and Jesus wants to be my FRIEND forever.

Team opportunities include registration and greeting, caregivers for infants and toddlers, teachers and assistants for preschoolers, weekday materials prep and more. Expected time commitment is generally 90 minutes per week, with biweekly rotations possible.

Kids Town Children’s Ministry Team (K - 5th Grade)

Every Sunday during both services (9 a.m. and 11 a.m.) we go over the top to create an atmosphere where our elementary-aged children experience God’s love, grow in the truth of God’s word, and have fun! We use age-appropriate music, teaching, programming, and activities to engage children and inspire them to Live Fully for God – all in a safe and secure environment.

Team opportunities include welcome, registration and greeting, small group leaders/assistants, storytellers, tech team, musicians/singers, weekday material preparation, and more. Expected time commitment is generally 90 minutes per week, with biweekly rotations possible.

Teen Ministry

Teens are the next generation of leaders: in our church, our country, and across the world.  The Loft at CCC was built to give them their own place to explore and understand how faith is central to every part of their life – here and now, but also extending far beyond their teen years.  If you want to be a part of seeing teens live fully for God, get involved today!

The Loft Student Ministry Team (6th - 12th Grade)

At Cape Cod Church we strongly believe that a young person's teenage years are among the most influential and exciting times in their lives. Those years are prime for genuinely experiencing God and growing in a relationship with Him. The LOFT Teen Center is a great gathering area for teens, with many of our students bringing their friends to our weekly activities. We went above and beyond to create an environment where students can hang out, connect with other teens from around the Cape, play games, hear great music and messages that impact their lives, discuss lessons in small groups, and experience Jesus in life-changing ways. Junior High (6th-8th) meetings are held on Sunday mornings during the 9 a.m. service and Tuesday evenings from 6-8. Senior High meetings are held on Thursday evenings from 6-8.

Team opportunities include registration and welcome, adult hosts, LOFT Café workers, small group leaders, tech team, musicians and singers, transportation and more. Expected time commitment is generally 2 hours per week, with biweekly rotations possible.

First Impressions Ministry

At CCC, people matter.  We want to be the church that people who don't go to church want to come to.  It only takes a few seconds for people to make their decision on whether they'll come back for a second visit, and we want those seconds to count.  We want our visitors to feel welcome - because you never get a second chance to make that First Impression!

First Impressions Ministry Team:

One of the hallmarks of Cape Cod Church is the friendly, welcoming atmosphere our guests encounter from the moment they arrive on the church property. The First Impressions Ministry Team is the “front line” that promotes that atmosphere, greeting and assisting each guest with an enthusiastic welcome and a caring, helpful attitude. If you’re a “people person,” the highly important First Impressions Ministry might be a great place for you to plug in!

Team opportunities include parking lot greeters, door/lobby greeters, Welcome Desk attendants and Connect Desk attendants. Expected time commitment is generally 2 hours (one service) every other week.

Worship & Technical Arts

Our Worship and Technical ministries play a huge role in our weekly services at CCC. If your gift is music or you have an interest or experience in the technical side of things (running sound, lighting, cameras, computers) we'd love to hear from you.  We always have room for more volunteers on our various music and technical teams, and we would love to plug you in to start using your gifts!

Worship, Music and Techinical Arts Ministry Team

One of the areas of ministry that Cape Cod Church is best known for is the great music and worship experience our guests enjoy each week. The Worship/Music & Technical Arts Ministry Team is composed of highly talented and worshipful musicians, vocalists, and technicians who come together each week to lead the congregation in singing songs of praise to our King.

Team opportunities include musicians, vocalists, sound and lighting technicians, and video operators. Open auditions are typically held 2-3 times per year for musicians and vocalists. Expected time commitment is generally 1-2 hours midweek plus 4-5 hours on Sunday on a rotating (biweekly or monthly) basis.

Facilities Ministry

A significant number of new guests visit our church because they noticed the new building.  Keeping the building and grounds looking attractive is a continual effort that requires the work of many.  In addition to weekly cleaning, maintenance and landscaping tasks we also need volunteers for specialized projects and seasonal work days.  If you have a few hours in your week to put your talents to use, sign up today to help us shine!

Facilities Ministry Team

With a large building and spacious campus, Cape Cod Church relies heavily on the Facilities Ministry Team to keep the property in pristine condition and ready for our guests week in and week out. The Facilities Ministry Team includes a Cleaning Team that cleans and maintains the interior spaces, a Landscaping Team that works to keep the church grounds in great shape year-round, and a "Special Forces" Team that does maintenance, repair and improvement projects on an as-needed basis.

Team opportunities include weekly Cleaning Team workers (general housekeeping), handymen (minor repairs and interior maintenance), window cleaners, Landscaping Team workers (weekly maintenance and upgrade projects), and tradesmen. Expected time commitment is generally 1-4 hours per week (varies with position and season).

Café Ministry

Café and Food Services Ministry Team

The café and Coffee Connection area provide a clean and comfortable place for our guests to get some breakfast and a great cup of “Joe” and enjoy them with friends and family before, between, and after services each Sunday. The Café Ministry Team staffs the café, preparing and serving coffee and food items, and maintains the Coffee Connection area while promoting the warm, friendly environment for which Cape Cod Church is known. Additionally, the church routinely hosts meetings, conferences and concerts that offer opportunities for those gifted in food preparation the opportunity to cater full meals for up to hundreds of guests at at time.

Team Opportunities include cashiers, “baristas” and food preparers, assistants and servers. Expected time commitment is generally 2-4 hours (one or two services) every other week, with occasional special events.
