At Cape Cod Church, we believe in the next generation. And that means investing in your future. Our Summer Internship Program is a 10-week ministry experience that equips college students to become faithful leaders in their future careers and churches—wherever God calls you.
Discover your purpose
We offer internships in a variety of ministry areas to help you explore your passions. Our staff mentors are here to help you reflect, grow, and discover your purpose.
Worship
Opportunities include: developing worship sets, leading band practices, coordinating video/lighting elements, and mentoring The LOFT youth band.
Kids
Administration
Opportunities include: completing administrative tasks, coordinating volunteer schedules, helping onboard visitors, creating spreadsheets, managing database entries, answering phones, and hosting special events.
Young Adults
Opportunities include: building relationships, leading small groups, writing study material, planning events, and preaching (if interested).
Youth
Opportunities include: building relationships, leading group discussions, preaching, planning events, attending Camp Engage (away), and hosting Live Fully sports camps (home).
And it just keeps
getting better.
In addition to real ministry experience, interns will also get coaching from leading marketplace professionals.
